Oleg advises his clients on buy-side and sell-side real estate transactions specializing in multi-family and other commercial properties. He joined Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Group in March of 2023 as part of the Pacific West Advisory Team. Prior to joining Berkshire Oleg spent five years with Compass Commercial and NAI prior to that, where he specialized in multi-family and net lease investments. During his time at Compass and NAI, Oleg advised his clients on multiple transactions, including challenging scenarios, demonstrating high-quality execution on every deal.  

Oleg’s professional objective is to help his clients be successful investors – he consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, from a tailored marketing process and property assessment to negotiating the most favorable transaction terms for his clients.  

Oleg also maintains a strong presence in the Bay Area real estate market beyond his work at Berkshire which allows him to stay well-informed and provide real-time insights to his clients. He is actively involved in the Government Relations Committee of the San Francisco Association of Realtors (“SFAR”) as well as the Global Business Council Committee, currently serving as a Vice Chair. Through his engagement, Oleg participates in committee discussions and feedback on the local policy developments and upcoming changes that may affect the real estate industry in California.  

Oleg attended the University of Toronto, majoring in International Relations. He is licensed as a commercial agent in Canada and California. Oleg lives in San Francisco with his wife Mariya, and in his free time he enjoys practicing judo and traveling with his family.
