Nicolo started his career managing his family’s real estate holding company, Andrew Rosia Inc. Managing a mixed portfolio ranging from Industrial and Multifamily to single family homes, as well as 5 separate Airbnb units. After receiving his license, he transitioned into multifamily residential real estate where he began working as a free-lance market analyst for Laurence Morgan at CBRE, Inc. He joined Pacific West Advisory Group in 2024 as a Senior Advisor.
