Justin Dunn is a newly minted Senior Advisor at Berkshire Hathaway with a focus in Commercial & Residential Investment Sales. Mr. Dunn received his B.S. from Haas Business School while playing D1 Football and Rugby at UC Berkeley. His diligent work ethic and uncompromising values stem from many hours taking constructive criticism, driving him to excel in the classroom and eventually to be honored as an All-American his senior year. He also received his Masters from the University of Oxford in Sustainable Urban Development in 2021. Over the past few years Justin has been involved in many aspects of the commercial and residential real estate business, processing everything from land entitlements, to upzoning and revitalizing multifamily properties, to buying and selling residential homes. He prides himself on being a relationally-driven person who deeply cares about securing win-wins for everyone involved in a transaction.

Justin is a Bay Area native, born into a family with deep roots in the Bay Area Commercial real estate world. At a young age, he was exposed to the property management, brokerage, and development sides of the business through his father’s leadership at Lincoln Property Company that eventually changed jerseys into Legacy Partners Commercial. After spending the last 3 years at SteelWave, a premier boutique commercial asset manager, property manager, and developer with ~$14B in developed assets, Mr. Dunn has taken on a role at Berkshire Hathaway - Drysdale Properties. Along with his team of eight (8) commercial real estate advisors, he is providing value to take the commercial division to the next level! He prides himself on being a true advisor in all real estate asset classes, building genuine lifelong relationships with peers and clients, and achieving great results for everyone.

He currently lives with his wife, Sydney, in the East Bay between her parents in San Ramon and his parents in Lafayette.
