John A. Wright is a licensed attorney (Texas and Washington) and has been licensed as a broker in Texas and Washington, in addition to California. John has experience in sales and leasing of commercial and investment properties, including Retail, Office, Multi-family and Industrial properties.

He was part of the purchase team for 801 Travis in Houston, a 222,000 square foot downtown office building. In California he has represented buyers and sellers of all types of commercial properties, working with owners to maximize the value of their properties and guiding them through the sale process to with efficiency and timeliness. In addition, he has also worked with buy side clients finding properties that meet their investment criteria and Return on Investment goals. John has extensive experience in leasing commercial properties of all types.

John works with a team of commercial agents that have long term experience in the Bay Area Commercial market. We bring marketing and sales acumen, but all have a network of investor, both buyers and sellers.

John grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated from undergraduate and law school in Texas. His bachelor’s degree is in Economics, and he practiced business and real estate law in Houston for over 15 years. John worked for Grubb and Ellis in Seattle. John and his family moved to Marin County in 2000 and he and his wife live in Tiburon. His two sons live in North Carolina.
