Jason began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 with an immediate focus on multifamily assets as he set out to hold himself to the highest standards of integrity, client service, and performance.

Through the years, Jason has successfully represented the sale of an impressive list of notable transactions in San Francisco and the East Bay. Some of these transactions had other complicated factors, which Jason could navigate to his client’s benefit. 

Over his career, he has sold apartment buildings totaling over $295,000,000 and 908,000+ square feet. 

Jason maintains a comprehensive database of San Francisco apartment building transactions. He thoroughly knows the often-complex regulatory environments, Bay Area market area trends and an eye for value. As a result, he has repeatedly been commended for his knowledge and advisory in the San Francisco and Oakland Apartment Building Markets.

Jason’s experience includes acquiring and disposing of retail, office, mixed-use, and vacant land. He has represented landlords in commercial and residential leasing transactions as well.

Jason is an active member of the San Francisco Apartment House Group, the San Francisco Apartment Association, the Income Property Marketing Group, the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the California Department of Real Estate, and the National Association of Realtors.

Jason resides in Oakland with his wife and two children. He spends his spare time enjoying his family's myriad activities and interests.
